Trey is a hard-working and hands-on leader who believes that logistics is more than just moving goods from point A to point B. It is about providing a service that is essential to the smooth functioning of the global economy. He is also a firm believer in the power of faith to help him overcome the daily challenges that will come your way. Treys faith has been tested many times throughout his career. When he was first starting out, his company was struggling to compete with larger, more established businesses. He was faced with a difficult decision: should he give up and move on, or should he keep fighting? He decided to keep fighting, and he turned to his faith for strength. He prayed for guidance and support, and he eventually found the strength to keep going.
Treys faith is an inspiration to his employees. They see how he has overcome challenges and achieved success, and they know that he is a man who is guided by his beliefs. They are inspired by his work ethic and the hard work he puts in daily, as well as always willing to go the extra mile. He is a hands-on leader who is always willing to get involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. You can find Trey under the truck fixing blown gaskets just to make sure your load is on time. He is a CEO who is not outgrown his role in daily operations.
Vice President
Roy is the vice president of B.O.C. He has over 10 years of experience in the logistics industry, and he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's daily logistics operations.
Roy is a highly skilled and experienced logistics professional. He is known for his honesty, dedication, and hard work. He is always available to his customers and team. He is always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. No matter what it takes.
Roy handles every load with passion no matter what day or time it is. Vacation, off days??? This isn't something Roy is familiar with. He will be available whenever you call.
Roy lives in Willis,Tx, with his wife Amanda. They have been married for 14 yrs. Together, they have 3 children. Roy enjoys hunting and family time when he gets free time.
Office Manager
Destiny is the glue that holds our office together. She is the first person you see when you walk in the door, and she is always there to greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. She is the one who makes sure that everything runs smoothly, from scheduling appointments to ordering supplies. She is also the one who takes care of all of the little details that make our office a great place to work.
Destiny is extremely organized and efficient. She has a knack for keeping track of multiple projects at the same time, and she always meets deadlines. She is also a hard worker who is always looking for ways to improve B.O.C. Being such a caring and compassionate person, she will handle your needs to the fullest.

Operations Manager
With over a decade of experience in logistics, Schuyler possesses profound industry insight. He's successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from small-scale distribution to large-scale international shipments. Schuyler's unwavering motivation and results-driven approach continually drive efficiency and productivity enhancements. His presence alone elevates any team, ensuring a positive impact on any organization.
Outside of work, Schuyler cherishes quality time with his family and friends. He's an avid outdoorsman and golf enthusiast, embodying a well-rounded personality ever-eager to tackle fresh challenges.
Schuyler resides in Temple, Texas, alongside his wife Rosa and their three beautiful daughters, reflecting his commitment to both personal and professional excellence.
Billing Supervisor
Abby is the billing supervisor at our company. She is a hard worker and a skilled professional.
Abby has been with our company for over 10 years. She started out as a billing clerk and quickly worked her way up to the position of billing supervisor. She is also very good at problem-solving, and she is always able to find a way to get the job done.
